A gift in your Will helps us to do what we do best – protect animals in real and desperate need. Gifts in Wills are a vital source of income, funding over half of our work to rehabilitate and rehome animals.
Suggested wording
for your gift
Please remember the RSPCA Sussex East and Hastings Branch is a separately registered charity. So, if you would like the animals in your local area to benefit, we would respectfully suggest that your legacy wording reads:
"I give the sum of £….... (or specify a share of residue) to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Sussex East and Hastings Branch, registered charity number 206314, for its general purposes and I declare that the receipt of the honorary treasurer or other proper officer of the said Branch shall be a full and sufficient discharge for the said legacy."
