Bluebell Ridge
There are many interesting and exciting possibilities for Volunteering at Bluebell Ridge. Every day includes a busy routine of cleaning, feeding and interacting with the cats. Due to certain regulations, you must be over 16 years of age to volunteer at the Centre.
Current Volunteering Opportunities
 Charity Shop VolunteerWe are looking for volunteers who can help in our RSPCA shop on Western Road, Bexhill. Our charity shop is a great place to volunteer, offering the opportunity to learn new skills, and meet other animal lovers. We would love to hear from you if you have a spare morning or afternoon each week which you can use to help our animal welfare charity. You will need to be confident at dealing with the public as well as taking payment for items. Contact our shop team on 01424 734562 |  Volunteer GardenerWe are looking for Volunteers to help keep the gardens and grounds at Bluebell Ridge presentable. Could you spare a few hours each week to help us? You will be involved in tidying the grounds, weeding, clearing and keeping the paths accessible. Naturally, the work is quite physical and takes place outside, so you need to be comfortable with this. You would only be required for 1-2 hours each week on a day of your choice. |  Volunteer ReceptionistDo you have experience in customer service, data input, or similar professional experience? As a Volunteer Administration Assistant, you would provide administrative support to the rehoming team to support the animal adoption process. This is a varied role that enables you to learn all about the rehabilitation and rehoming of animals and the lovely people who choose to adopt from the RSPCA. We need help in the office to keep everything running smoothly. Full training will be provided. |
